Refunds/Exchanges Policy

Sweatshirt refunds

• If you purchased a sweatshirt AND a ticket to the Sisterhood Experience, you may request a refund by January 31, 2023, for a full refund please send a request to crboutique@akacentral.org.

• Due to planning commitments, any refund request after January 31, 2023, will receive a merchandise credit.

• Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method at the time of placing the order.

• DO NOT request a refund if you disputed the CREDIT CARD CHARGE. This may result in an outstanding balance owed to the region.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Other refunds:

• There are no refunds on other merchandise.

Exchanges

• If we have sizes to exchange, we will exchange the item at the 89th Central Regional Conference if the item has not been washed, or worn, does not have blemishes (from make-up, food, etc.), or was received damaged.

• All merchandise is being special ordered and curated for Central Region Sorors.
